CAMLP Fellowship

All U.S. ExchangeAlumni who are currently in high school are welcome to apply to become fellows of the Central Asia Media Literacy Project, a role in which they will facilitate the program’s implementation, gaining exchange and organizational experience.

Applicants must be alumni of U.S. exchange programs who have not yet completed high school. Beyond this, English fluency, availability to work from July - November, and an eagerness for international exchange are the only prerequisites!

In this position, volunteers will:

  • Receive the opportunity to gain skills related to program planning and implementation, curriculum development, outreach, social media, communications, etc

  • Promote media literacy worldwide

  • Learn more about Central Asia

  • Receive targeted mentorship for the following from successful applicants: college application process, NSLI-Y, FLEX Abroad, CLS, CDAF grant, FLAS, VSFS internship, Coca-Cola scholarship

  • Gain great experience for college apps/resume!
